World unique pro-coached photo travel.
With Fredrik Broman and his colleagues there is a chance to attend in tailor made photo safaris both summer and winter in Scandinavia, and from August to December in East Africa.
With Aurora Camp as a part of a longer programme we discover and develop our photography skills, with pro-coaching, while travelling between amazing places in Swedish Lapland and Northern Norway. We visit open oceans, streaming rivers, high mountains, discover sami culture, and we stay at/or visit unique hotels, like Tree- and Icehotel, as well as discover the forestland around Aurora Safari Camp.
In East Africa
Fredrik Broman has lived in Kenya between 1998-2001 and since then spend time there as it is his second home base. We do tailor made 7-21 day photo safaris with pro-photo-coaching in Kenya, visiting the most fantastic places, with Masai Mara and Lamu as two of the highlights. Rwanda and the mountain gorillas is a great add-on.
Our friend camp in Masai Mara, Kenya is JK MARA CAMP, always a part of our adventures in East Africa.
Winter and lowlight photo Adventures
Winter- and low light photography in the cold need another way of thinking, especially about exposure. The bright snow in daytime as well as the extreme lowlight situations in the evenings will put you all on challange. Toghether with Fredrik Broman in different workshops, and on location in the forest, by the semi-frozen river and at Aurora camp you will get a chance to test and develop new photography skills. Action photography in the great white and cold with siberian huskys is another very challenging situatiuon. We have a unique husky setup that is ecpecially calibrated for photography.
